Groups I plan
Any reason to travel together.
If you’re bringing people together, I can plan it. A few favorites:
Want to sail with me instead? See the group cruises I’m hosting.
Perks reserved for groups
Book together. Unlock more.
Group perks only come with a group booking. When your group books through me, I set up the group, manage it and make sure every perk you qualify for lands.
Group-only rates
Pricing you can’t get booking one cabin or room at a time.
Perks that tier up
Onboard credit, bar tabs, private events and more, often growing as more cabins join.
Complimentary cabins
On some cruise lines, the group earns a free cabin once enough cabins are paid in full, and it can repeat as the group grows.
Booked together
Cabins and rooms held as a group, side by side whenever possible, with flexible holds while everyone decides.
Every brand plays by its own rules. Some cruise lines start groups at as few as 5 cabins, while others need 16 or more. There’s usually no limit on how many can join, and perks tier up as the group grows. I know which program fits which group, so you get the most from yours.
Your group’s own web page
One link. Everything your group needs.
Every group gets a custom web page built around your trip, designed to match your theme. Drop the link in a group text or Facebook group and everyone has the details in one place.

Group travel FAQ
Good to know
No. There is no planning fee for your group. I’m paid by the cruise lines, resorts and tour operators, so planning, managing the group and building your custom group web page cost you nothing extra. Custom merch is the only add-on, and it’s quoted upfront and paid by the group.
It depends on the brand. Some cruise lines start groups at as few as 5 cabins, while others need 16 or more. Tell me roughly how many people you expect and I’ll match you to the cruise line, resort or tour program that fits.
Usually not. Most group programs don’t cap how many cabins or rooms can join, and perks often tier up as the group grows.
Every brand has its own group program. Depending on the brand and sailing, perks can include group rates, onboard credit or bar tabs, private events, more flexible deposit and name change terms, and, on some cruise lines, a complimentary cabin for the group once enough cabins are paid in full. These perks only come with a group booking, and I set up and manage that group for you.
Sometimes. Some cruise lines reward groups with a complimentary cabin once a set number of cabins are paid in full, and that can repeat as the group grows. I’ll tell you exactly what your group qualifies for before anyone books.
Yes. Each cabin books with its own form, and each guest pays any amount, any time, in their own account until final payment. No one has to collect money from friends or family.
Your choice. I can make your group page password protected, so only your group can see the pricing and details, or keep it public and easy to share.
Yes. With enough lead time and a confirmed headcount, I can coordinate branded merch for your group, like shirts, totes and door signs. It can ship to each guest, ship in bulk to the group leader, and for larger groups the cruise line or resort may even help hand it out at the port or onboard.
As early as you can. Nine to eighteen months out gives you the best choice of cabins and rooms side by side, more time for everyone to pay as they go, and enough time for custom merch.
Yes. Along with group cruises, I plan all-inclusive resort groups, destination weddings, and escorted tours for groups.
